Every experience on Pakistan Locals uses one of three cancellation policies, shown on its page before you book.
Note: Pakistan Locals does not collect payment online yet — you settle directly with your host. The tiers below define the share of the trip price that is owed or must be returned in that settlement, and we hold hosts to them as a condition of staying on the platform.
Full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before the start time. Cancel within 24 hours and 50% is refunded. No refund after the experience begins.
Full refund if you cancel 5 days or more before the start date. 50% refund up to 48 hours before. No refund inside 48 hours.
Full refund within 48 hours of booking if the start date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund up to 7 days before. No refund inside 7 days.
If a host cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund — always. Hosts who cancel repeatedly are removed from the platform.
Northern-area experiences can be affected by landslides, road closures, and weather. If a host cancels for safety reasons you get a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
