Pakistan Locals is a marketplace that connects travelers with verified local hosts across Pakistan. Hosts are independent providers, not employees or agents of Pakistan Locals — we do not lead, guide, or operate any experience ourselves.
Bookings work on a request-to-book basis: you send a request, and the host confirms within 24 hours. Once confirmed, the contract for the experience is between you and the host — Pakistan Locals facilitates the introduction and communication, but is not a party to that agreement.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the cancellation policy shown on the listing at the time of booking. See our Cancellation Policy for full terms.
Hosts must provide accurate, up-to-date listing information, complete CNIC identity verification, and take reasonable precautions to keep travelers safe during the experience. Misrepresenting a listing or ignoring safety standards can result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Travelers must provide accurate booking information and behave respectfully toward hosts and local communities, including observing local customs and norms during the experience.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience you had on the platform. We do not remove or edit negative reviews on behalf of hosts — honest feedback is what keeps the marketplace trustworthy.
Pakistan Locals facilitates introductions between travelers and hosts; we are not responsible for the conduct of either party. Outdoor and adventure experiences carry inherent risk, and you participate at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page, and continued use of Pakistan Locals after an update means you accept the revised terms.
