Account information (name, email, phone number), CNIC images submitted by hosts for identity verification, your booking history, and messages exchanged through the platform inbox.
To verify host identity, process bookings, provide customer support, and send service emails such as booking confirmations and host responses. We do not use your data for anything beyond running the platform.
We never sell your data. We never share CNIC images with anyone except as required for identity verification — they are never made public or shared with other hosts or travelers.
Pakistan Locals does not store card numbers. At this stage, payments settle directly between traveler and host once a booking is confirmed — no payment card data passes through our servers.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site so we can improve it. This does not include CNIC data, messages, or payment information.
You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@pakistanlocals.com.
